Sponsor a Dog

EGSR do not discriminate which dogs we help so we often take in elderly dogs, those with medical conditions and, of course, dogs with behavioural issues. We operate a non-destruction policy and work hard to find these dogs a permanent long term foster placement where they are loved and cared for by their foster carers and the rescue finances the dogs medical needs.

Dogs with behavioural issues spend time in our rehabilitation facility where their needs are thoroughly assessed and then a training plan is drawn up specific to each individual dogs needs. We do not operate to a time scale as each dog is different and is given the time they need to retrain and build in confidence.

To be able to continue to operate such an extensive rehabilitation of dogs and finance veterinary care we are constantly looking for sponsors or fundraisers. If you are interested in sponsoring a long term foster or a rehab dog or even hosting a event to raise much needed funds please contact us at EGSR HQ on 01362 637799 or email info@egsr.org
